A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Ilene brings a sophisticated understanding of food and wine pairing to every experience she designs. Her professional background includes roles with respected distributors such as Abacus Distributing and Yankee Distribution, as well as her work as a Wine Ambassador with Boisset Collection.

Certified with Merit by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and continuing her advanced studies at the Commonwealth Wine School, Ilene is dedicated to lifelong learning and excellence in wine education.
